Elisa Palomino was born in Valencia, Spain.
She discovered fashion in her eccentric grandmother’s attic, where she combined the vintage treasures with asian kimonos, and they became her feature signature.
Elisa attended St. Martins College of Art, where she completed a Masters degree in Fashion Design.
After several years at Moschino, developing their whimsical irreverent style and learning everything about the business, she moved to Paris.
During eight years she was Head of the Studio at John Galliano, where she learned all the magic from this fashion house, and worked for some of the most spectaculars collections. She also collaborated with the Haute Couture at Christian Dior making the most excentric dreams come true.
After working at Roberto Cavalli, In 2008 Elisa moved to New York to become VP of Design for Diane Von Furstenberg. At the same time she meets Tristan Von Christann, her future husband, a filmmaker of mermaids and other creatures. Together they launch their own line in February 2010 with a first catwalk-show during New York Fashion Week.
For Spring 2011 she is selected by Franca Sozzani for the ‘Whoisonext ?’ contest sponsored by Vogue Italia in collaboration with Alta Roma. This collection is also selected to show in Milan during Milano Unica ‘On Stage’ and at Cibeles Fashion Week.
